Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent to info@spgcsaraibook.com at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Valid cancellations are eligible for a refund of 80% of the booking amount.
Date changes are not permitted once a booking is confirmed.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No refund is applicable for no-shows or early check-outs.
